Use the planner as a guest

Cost calculations run in your browser. Workload inputs and text pasted into the optional token helper are not sent to model providers. The helper’s text stays in the current page’s memory. We do not ask for inference API keys.

Plan reports download to your device and include workload assumptions, price snapshots, and forecast totals. Printable reports contain no external assets or scripts. Creating a new version makes a separate device project; price updates require your action. Projects are saved to this browser only when you choose device saving. Appearance preferences and saved model listings use local storage. You can export or clear this information in Device storage. Clearing the browser does not remove hosting logs or cloud account data.

Optional accounts and private projects

When enabled, Google sign-in and email/password sign-in are handled through Supabase Auth. Account data can include your user identifier, email, sign-in provider identifiers, accepted terms version, and security/session information. We do not ask for a public profile in this launch. Your email is not published.

Google handles its own sign-in screen; ModelFare never asks for your Gmail password or access to your inbox. If email/password sign-in is available, use a separate ModelFare password. Our server forwards it securely to Supabase Auth, which stores a password hash. Verification and reset emails are sent through the configured email service. When the email form is available, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical browser information to help prevent automated abuse. It is not loaded for guest planning.

Cloud saving uploads only the projects you explicitly choose to save or copy. This includes workload assumptions, model names and rates, and source metadata. Your device projects are not uploaded just because you sign in.

Private by default

Community publishing is closed for this launch. Saved plans and account profiles are not publicly accessible. We do not sell your plans or use them to train AI models.

Service providers and outside links

Vercel hosts the application and may process request details, IP addresses, device information, and operational logs. Supabase provides account and database services when enabled. Sign-in providers and outbound provider links have their own privacy practices. Hosting regions and provider contracts can involve international processing.

Public model-price refreshes fetch catalog metadata without your workflow inputs. Clicking “Open on provider” visits that provider’s website; your workflow is not attached to the link.

Analytics

Usage analytics is disabled for this launch. Hosting and authentication services still process the technical request information needed to operate and protect the service.

Storage, cookies, and retention

Essential authentication cookies keep signed-in sessions working. Device projects remain until you delete them or clear site data. Cloud projects remain until you delete them or delete your account. Provider operational logs and any backups follow their service settings; deleting an account does not promise immediate erasure from those systems. Contact the operator about access or deletion requests.

This pilot does not add advertising trackers, email digests, or push notifications. Operational errors and timing measurements should exclude private workflow contents.

Your choices and requests

Use guest mode, export or remove device projects, export account data, or delete your account from Account. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, object to, or restrict processing, and to complain to the relevant authority. Contact the operator privately; do not post identity documents or privacy requests in public discussions.

Account deletion requires a recent sign-in and explicit confirmation. It removes your Supabase Auth account and associated active cloud records. You can also choose to remove saved plans on this browser. Downloaded exports, other devices, and independent copies must be removed separately; provider backups and logs follow their retention settings.

Account participation is limited to adults aged 18 or over during this pilot. Do not submit other people’s personal data, secrets, or confidential repository content.
